Hello EEC friends, community members, and environmental stewards!

We just hosted our big distribution day for Parkways for Pollinators where we gave away almost a thousand native plants to 50 registered sites. Thanks to the combined efforts of our dedicated team, Sally, Jim, Renee, Tricia, and Jill for their help and Kevin and the Loyola Greenhouse team for growing these plants.

In our last meeting, we discussed Roman Susan Invitation to hosting a communal potluck on July 31st which is feast day of Saint Ignatius of Loyola and inviting EEC/Vedgewater gardeners to potluck with things they have grown themselves. There are also new website updates including a new projects page for Edgewater Parks Improvement Project.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Our monthly meetings take place at 6:30 PM every second Thursday of the month, they are all posted on Upcoming Events. Our next meeting will take place on July 11th.
